So by now, you have all heared that Raul and I went to Mexico. Not exactly how we wanted to experience my first time there, but Raul wanted to show me some of the more important things. And I am glad that he took the time to show me these things. So these next 3 pics were in the airport when we were coming home.
These were a few clouds from the plane. We thought they were very cool looking
We took a gondola ride with Raul's family and we stopped to get a few pina coladas. They were delicious! From left to right...me, Raul's sister Juana, Juana's son Pepe, Raul's brother Manuel, Manuel's wife Angelica, and Mama Coco
I don't know what this building is called, but it was very pretty and it was next to the university of Mexico.
University of Mexico
This is the center of the City. This is where the President of Mexico stays when he is there.
A beautiful fountain
We ate here. Seriously. Everything in Mexico reminds me of Seven Mile Fair! And the food was soooo goooood!
Ok, these guys were on a bus waving their flags for their team...Pumas was playing I believe Chivas...Soccer. Well they all saw me standing there..me the whitey, and they stopped traffic just so I could take a picture of them!
A picture of all the gondolas! There were a ton to choose from!
Here's the group

This was a HUGE church that we got to go inside of and see a mass going on.
This is a huge portrait of The Virgin Guadalupe. I don't know all the details of who she is, I only know bits and peices of her, if you want to know the whole story, please leave a comment, and I will have Raul sit down with me and tell me her story to write for all of you.
Here is a pic of Raul overlooking the Cathedral
This is something that I have wanted to see for about 12 years now. It is a giant replica of the VIrgin Guadalupe and the Aztecs that came to see her and give her offerings. To see it in person was absolutely breathtaking!
